The Excelerator program will develop and implement a Business Development Plan (BDP).

 

The Business Development Plan is monitored and reviewed at regular Business Development Meetings (BDM’s). The BDM's are attended by all Excelerator team members and the businesses key management team. At the BDM's a Business Action Plan is agreed and minuted. It is the responsibility and requirement of all members of the BDM to implement the documented Business Action Plan.

 

The core deliverables of the Excelerator program are:

1. Deliver the agreed Scope of Works.
2. Develop and drive your Business Development Plan (BDP) and Business Action Plan.
3. Initiate and supervise your business growth strategies.
4. Attend various business development activities and meetings as and when required.
5. Refer any business development contacts and connections.

6. Attends and provide agreed services as minutes at the Business Development Meetings.
7. Continually provide business development services, consultancy and advice.

 

 

Reward and Remuneration

The Excelerator team is remunerated for there investment by the payment of an amortised monthly back weighted fee that increases as projected revenues increase. If revenues do not arrive the program may be cancelled. Now that's no risk!
