Glenn Mansfield successfully owned and sold several small businesses before working in the mining & fabrication sectors as a metallurgical engineer. After gaining his MBA in the mid 1980’s Glenn worked in business development and strategy within the Food & Beverage sector. Success with these strategic development approaches led to senior management roles in the telecommunications sector during its time of deregulation and industry restructuring.
Recognising commercial opportunities and developing innovative yet successful transactions has seen Glenn being used extensively in the technology, venture capital, agricultural, manufacturing, automotive and finance industries.
In recent years Glenn has served as a director on several SME boards. This experience, coupled with the experience gained in successfully turning around several problem businesses confirmed the importance of robust processes, systems and people management for long term profit delivery and growth.
Glenn has a BSc(Met Hons), MBA, ASIA, MAppFin.
