The National Privacy Act and general law places strict requirements on Business Idol to treat information collected as confidential.

We understand that the privacy of your personal and business information is very important.

The confidentiality and trust of Business Idol entrants is paramount and we apreciate the trust that you are placing in us in entering the competition and supplying us your business details and information.

Because of the nature of the Business Idol competition it is necessary to request information about you and your business. We only request and use the information to inform us about your business. The information provided enables the judge to evaluate your businesses growth potential and its suitability as a Business Idol competition finalist and eventual winner.

The information provided will only be used to inform us about your business, its growth potential and your business development needs. The information provided also provides a useful business background briefing should you wish to discuss your business with any of the judges. Information provided will only be used for judging, briefing and communication purposes between you and the Business Idol judges.

Your details will be treated as strictly confidential and will not be provided to any third party. Business Idol and its judges does not share, sell ot trade any information provided online. Any information provided will not be publicised or referred to in any public communication or presentation.

If you receive any communications from Business Idol or its judges which you do not wish to receive in the future please let us know and you will not be sent any more.
